L'Angevin is situated between Le Marais (one of the oldest districts in Paris) and Beaubourg (home to the Georges Pompidou Centre), in the heart of Paris and near a number of the main tourist attractions, including the Hôtel de Ville, Île Saint-Louis, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Place des Vosges, Carnavalet, and Les Halles.
The neighbourhood is made up of lots of little streets lined with shops of all kinds, restaurants, fashion boutiques, and art galleries.
The apartment’s central location makes it easy to get around the city (Châtelet is less than a 5-minute walk away, both the Place de la Bastille and Île Saint-Louis are less than a 10-minute walk away, the Louvre is three Métro stops away, and Champs-Élysées is six Métro stops away).
The apartment is situated on a small, quiet street between Rue Beaubourg and Rue du Temple, where you’ll find lots of restaurants and fashion boutiques.
The apartment
This second-floor studio apartment is charming, spacious, bright, elevator-accessible, and covers 28 m². It is tastefully decorated and features a loft bed and parquet flooring. The apartment overlooks the private yard in the back of the building and is therefore very quiet.
You enter into the living room (20 m² - northwest facing) where two large windows overlook a small, private yard and where you’ll find a sofa, coffee table, mirror, console table, cabinet, TV, and a round, glass-top table with four chairs.
The en-suite American-style kitchen (2.5 m²), also near the front door, is fitted with all the modern conveniences (fridge and microwave) and all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need.
The bathroom (2.5 m²) is complete with a bathtub and shower, sink, and toilet.
The bedroom (3 m²) is located on a mezzanine (ceiling height: 1.2 m) and features two double beds separated by a screen and a wardrobe.
