The apartment is located in the center of Rome, a few steps from Piazza della Repubblica and from the Opera Theater.
It’s a very living and multiethnic area, with good restaurants and many stores. Every day (except Sundays), there is an outdoor market on Via Montebello where you will find good organic fruits and vegetables.
The situation of the apartment is a perfect starting point for your visits : the metro line A (on Piazza della Repubblica) leads you to Piazza di Spagna, to Piazza del Popolo or to the Vatican, while the metro line B (near Termini station) leads you to the Colosseum. Many monuments are also within walking distance (Piazza Barberini is only 15 minutes).
The apartment
MONTEBELLO PICCOLO is a 1-bedroom apartment (43 m²) situated on the 5th floor (elevator until the 4th floor), which has been renovated in 2015. It features a pretty covered terrace (a loggia) where it’s nice to relax. MONTEBELLO PICCOLO is part of a big apartment which has been separated into 2 units, with a common entrance (the other apartment – MONTEBELLO GRANDE – is also offered for rental).
You enter the apartment directly into the main room including the kitchen / dining-room on one side and the living-room on the other side.
The kitchen / dining-room (12 m², no window) is between the living-room and the bedroom. The kitchen area is fully equipped and has a sink, a gas stove with extractor hood, an oven, a micro-wave oven, a fridge with freezer.
The dining area has a buffet, a wooden table and 4 chairs.
The living-room (12 m² - South East facing) is a very nice room with its French-window leading to the terrace. It features a big library, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table and 2 small buffets.
The terrace (8 m² - South East facing) is covered – like a loggia – and is decorated with many green plants. It’s furnished with a table and 2 chairs and overlooks Via Montebello.
The bedroom (11 m² - North West facing) is on the other side of the living-room. It’s composed with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest with drawers. It’s a very quite room as its window overlooks the inner courtyard of the building (no shutters, but blackout curtains).
The bathroom (8 m² - North West facing) is adjacent to the bedroom and is equipped with a shower, a sink, a bidet and WC.
