Located on the right bank of Florence, Coverciano is a quiet and residential neighbourhood, not far from Sant’Ambrogio (15 minutes walking distance). It is sourrounded by the Affrico and Mensola rivers, by the hills and by Via Aretina.
It’s the perfect place to immerse yourself in the life as a true Florentine, away from the tourist flow of the historical centre, but still easy to get to by bus (the Museo di San Marco is 20 minutes by bus). This area is indeed well connected by several bus lines.
During summer time, there is a nice outdoor swimming-pool (with admission fees) close to the apartment.
The North-East hills of Florence are close (30 minutes by walking distance). You can also reach the beautiful village of Settignano by bus in 15 minutes.
SETTIMELO is a nice and bright 1-bedroom apartment of 50 m² on 2 levels, located on the ground floor. It features a large shaded terrace of 36 m².
You enter the apartment through a private courtyard inside the building, directly into the living-room (25 m²). It has a window on one side (facing the private courtyard) and a large French-window on the other side, leading to the terrace.
The air-conditioned living-room is divided into 3 areas:
-Living area (terrace side), featuring a double sofa-bed, 2 others small sofas, a coffee table and a TV.
-The dining area (courtyard side), with a table and 5 chairs
-The kitchen is part of this living-room. It’s fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dish-washer, gas stove, and all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need.
The terrace (36 m²) is fully tiled and furnished with a wooden table and 4 chairs. It also has a large electrical store for shade.
A first bathroom (4 m²) is located on the ground-floor, near the entrance of the apartment. It is equipped with a shower, a sink, a bidet, WC and a heated towel rail. It has a window facing the private courtyard.
There is a staircase leading to a small bedroom, the main bedroom and the 2nd bathroom on the 2nd level.
The small bedroom (5 m²) links the staircase to the main bedroom. It has a window and 2 bunk beds.
The bedroom (12 m²), with airconditionning, is composed with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, and a wardrobe. A French-window leads to a 6 m² balcony furnished with a small table and 2 chairs. This balcony is down-facing the terrace downstairs.
The second bathroom (4 m²) is adjacent to the bedroom. It’s equipped with a shower, a sink, WC, and a washing-machine. It also has a window.
