The apartment is located in the center of Rome, a few steps from Piazza della Repubblica and from the Opera Theater.
It’s a very living and multiethnic area, with good restaurants and many stores. Every day (except Sundays), there is an outdoor market on Via Montebello where you will find good organic fruits and vegetables.
The situation of the apartment is a perfect starting point for your visits : the metro line A (on Piazza della Repubblica) leads you to Piazza di Spagna, to Piazza del Popolo or to the Vatican, while the metro line B (near Termini station) leads you to the Colosseum. Many monuments are also within walking distance (Piazza Barberini is only 15 minutes).
The apartment
MONTEBELLO GRANDE is a 3-bedroom apartment (72 m²) situated on the 5th floor (elevator until the 4th floor), which has been renovated in 2015. It features a pretty covered terrace (a loggia) where it’s nice to relax.
MONTEBELLO GRANDE is part of a big apartment which has been separated into 2 units, with a common entrance (the other apartment – MONTEBELLO PICCOLO – is also offered for rental).
You entered the apartment in a hallway (5 m²) leading to the living-room on one side and the bedrooms on the other side.
The living-room (20,50 m² - South East facing) is comfortable and cosy. The dining area has a glass table with 6 chairs. The living area is composed with a wide library, a flat-screen TV, a sofa and 2 small tables. A French-window leads to the terrace.
The terrace (27 m² - South East facing) is covered – like a loggia – and is decorated with many green plants. It’s furnished with a table and 4 chairs. It overlooks Via Montebello and offers a nice view on the rooftops. Access is through the living-room, but also by the two bedrooms.
The kitchen (5 m²) has no window but is open onto the living-room (dining area side). It’s fully equipped and has a sink, induction cooking hobs with extractor hood, oven, fridge with a small freezer, washing machine.
You enter the master bedroom (12 m²) through an anteroom. It’s very bright and has a big French-window leading to the terrace. It’s furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, and a chest of drawers.
The anteroom (11,50 m² - South East facing), very bright, is adjacent to the master bedroom and has also a French window leading to the terrace. It is composed by a sofa bed (up to 2 sleepings), chest of drawers and a bedside table.
The 3rd bedroom (10 m² - North West facing) is on the other side of the hallway. It features a window overlooking the inner courtyard of the building, so it’s a very quiet room (no shutters, but blackout curtains). It’s composed with a double bed, a closet, a bedside table and shelves. It’s also furnished with a hand-basin.
The bathroom (8m² - North West facing) has 2 windows. It’s equipped with a sink, a shower, a bidet and WC.
