The apartment itself is in a historic building near public transportation (Metro Line A and several buses).
The apartment is also close to Stazione Termini and is only a five-minute walk from the covered market at Piazza di Vittorio Emanuele II and many boutiques. The obelisk of Santa Maria Maggiore and the Piazza di San Giovanni in Laterano are within walking distance (15 minutes).
The apartment
This functional third-floor, elevator-accessible apartment (35.9 m², not including the mezzanine) was recently refurbished and given a contemporary look. The open-concept studio apartment has a kitchenette at one end and a living room area at the other with a sofa-bed. The bedroom on the mezzanine overlooks the living room.
